Sarah Caldwell

MA, LMFT
She/Her

Sarah became a therapist because she believes all people can connect on the idea of being human and the human experience. She believes in humanitarian work in the sense that people are born into this world with certain core elements that reflect the best of humanity. Likewise, with certain support and using different evidence-based therapy techniques a therapist can collaboratively support clients to achieve a grounded and whole sense of self in the body and mind. Among other interventions, Sarah utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, art expression, somatic/body work and narrative approaches to support clients in achieving their goals.

Before becoming a therapist, in 2017, Sarah volunteered and worked with women in domestic violence situations, people on the Autism spectrum and with survivors and victims of sexual assault.

Sarah has lived in Bend since 2020 where she moved after some Covid-related complications regarding her living arrangement, so she moved to Bend to be closer to family.

Sarah enjoys spending time with her partner, family and friends. She is grateful to be working with the community in this meaningful way.
