Jordan Yost

MA, LPC, NCC, ACS, PMH-C
She/Her

Jordan became a therapist because she believes in the interconnectedness of all beings, human and non-human, and wants to help create a safe, interconnected and resilient space for clients to engage in self-reflection and self-awareness. Jordan thoughtfully engages clients with an understanding of attachment, mindfulness, neuroscience and nervous system regulation to create empowerment, allowing clients to choose and create the life they want to live, children, parents and adults.

Before becoming a therapist, Jordan lived and played in the Rocky Mountains around Boulder, Colorado for 10 years, hiking, camping and backpacking with her dog Koda. She loves the outdoors and finds her true self surrounded by trees, water and wild animals. After moving to Bend in 2023, Jordan now shows her two daughters the magic of the outdoors exploring the PNW and strives to bring nature connection to her relationships with clients.

Jordan has lived in Bend since 2023, because she needed a balance of outdoor living and proximity to schools for her children and Bend felt like home immediately. Jordan enjoys spending time with her family outdoors and is looking forward to traveling around the PNW in the years to come.  Jordan is excited to be a part of the Drishti team and create meaningful relationships with clients who seek empowerment and change in their lives.
